Refund and Return Policy

Because each item from Gratefully Crafted is handmade with care, we have the following refund and return policy in place.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unused, undamaged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. ​To start a return, please contact us at gratefullygrafted@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. ​Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
​Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
​Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, the following are non-returnable. ​
* Custom or personalized orders
*Sale or clearance items
* Digital downloads (If applicable)
