Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Gratefully Crafted is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen package.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
