Processing Time

Each Gratefully Crafted item is handmade by me with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and shipped.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery time after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside my control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's delivery progress.

I currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Gratefully Crafted is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact me as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact me and I will do my best to help you determine the next steps.

Gratefully Crafted is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
